Question by Gavin: Why is it that most kids in out of state residential treatment?
Are from California? Most kids who end up in a residential treatment center like in Utah are kids who are from California. Why is this?

It could be because California is such a large state. We also have major drug problems in the more populous areas. But I am curious as to what others have to say as well.
