An addiction treatment center can really help you. There are a lot of treatments you can choose from based on your needs.
Some treatments are detoxification, behavioral cognitive therapy and medication. Detoxification is a process where all the substances are washed out from your system. The procedure is painful so physicians prescribe their patients with medication that gives them the same feeling of being high on the addictive substance which leads to the gradual reduction in substance dosage. Therapy will include some counseling sessions and you can also join support groups. These can help you find new perspective that can help you lose your cravings. And while you are undergoing behavioral cognitive therapy, medication is given so you will not have relapse.
You can try searching for addiction treatment centers within your area. Get in touch with them so they can explain to you the kinds of treatment they have. I am sure they are the people who can best help you.
