My mom had received a citizens notice she had a minor accident resulting from medical emergency transported to ER with stoke like conditions. Can anybody tell me what is this citizens notice about ? Is it a ticket ? This is in Nashville , TN… The police left her van at the restaurant and I picked it up next day on the seat was this citizens notice.. Can anybody offer any advice on this…She was not drinking or using any drugs fyi..
