How Hard Is It to Petition for Judicial Review Involving Unemployment in Tennessee?

Question by : How hard is it to petition for judicial review involving unemployment in tennessee?
I was fired from my job in May 2010 because my supervisor lied to our corporate office and said that I was insubordinate. In reality, she was the one that yelled in my face while I stayed quiet. I, in turn, sent a 3 page letter to her boss telling her exactly what happened, my boss’ drug use and distribution of drugs at work, how badly she spoke about corporate employees to people that were her inferiors, and how she used to be a stripper. I applied for unemployment the day that I was fired and received a letter stating that I was denied a few weeks later. I appealed the decision and a hearing time and date was set. The owner of the company’s son, who is also their lawyer, continued to call me and ask me if I really wanted to attend this hearing because some of the statement that they took from other employees were not going to be favorable and they didn’t want retaliation. I told him that I had every right to appeal it and that I didn’t care what anyone had to say about it. He called me twice on the matter before I told him not to call be about this again. I attended the hearing that he and the v.p. of the company also attended. I found out that my boss was fired (I’m guessing that it had something to do with the letter that I wrote) and that he did not and could not give a reason that I was fired. I won the appeal. I won on the basis that all of their “evidence” was clearly hearsay and that I had an excellent work record there for 4 years. My former employer appealed that decision. Its been four months since they appealed and I just received a certified letter from the board of review saying that I won that appeal as well. The letter also says that my former employer has 10 days to petiton for a 3rd appeal to the Judicial Review. They supposedly have to write a letter stating why they think that the decision should be overturned and any additional evidence that they can use against me. Is it hard to get a hearing before the Judicial Review in TN?
