Question by x3_love_lost_dreams: Do they drug test newborns in tennessee?
My friend is due any time now. She has been using morphine through out her pregnancy…nothing heavy. She quit using 2 or 3 weeks ago. She is concerned that when she goes in to the hospital for delivery that they will drug test the baby. We live in tennessee. We have done some research on internet an most of the things we found say they only drug test if they suspect or something is wrong with the baby. Does any one know if it is mandatory to drug test every newborn.    Read more...
