He has not seen our son in more than 3 years, not paid child support in all of 5 1/2 years, has numerous felony charges, history of drug abuse, and has been in jail many times for failure to pay child support. I ask a lawyer about 3 years ago, she said it would be very difficult to do. But, that was when he was still visiting with him. I stopped visitation after my son told his family doctor about things that was going on. I have documents from his doctor saying he was being verbally and mentally abused.
