My friend is seriously addicted to WoW. He hasn’t turned into a society-shunning hermit … YET. I don’t want it to get to that point.
Any serious and real-world recommendations on how I can help him get rid of his WoW addiction (or at least to greatly temper it) will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well, I too had the same problem you did. My friend was leading up to that stage where he shunned his own life for a fake one. And I took action. I took him out to party, and got him a girlfriend. He barely remembers his password now. =]]
