you contact the police and or child services, she can get in serious trouble for that
you can get her to take a drug test and you can find out that way
i don’t think your allowed to force her however, but maybe it could become neccessary for her if you informed the police about her using while shes pregnant.
blood, hair, or urine test…. but unless youre the doctor or the police or the hospital,,, i dont believe you could force her, its invasion of privacy….. call CPS if youre concerned.
I don’t know about TN but in Kentucky even if a woman is using drugs during her pregnancy even CPS can’t do anything about it until the baby is born because in KY they don’t consider a fetus a human. Crazy I know. It’s probably the same in TN. Sorry. If you are close to her maybe you can get her to let you go to her dr’s appointments with her. They do test for drug use/abuse at OB appointments but they can’t report it to CPS.

thrown not only out of office, but thrown also behind bars. had any citizen taken these items home the DA himself would not? have hesitated to put them in the prison system. as a public official you should be held to the highest standards, as acts such as these ruin the integrity of our entire judicial system. How can you punish someone if you, yourself don’t even abide the laws and regulations you enforce.
