50mg of benadryl 8pm and you will fall asleep and not continue to drink.
Keep that up for a month and continue to stay away from alcohol. As for
this video. Omg cry me a fucking river!!!

Acceptance is such a beautiful word. There are two forms of
realisation….self realisation and other realisation. I have been sober
for nearly four months and I cant believe it. I tried the AA but to no
avail. What I did was THINK it out. This means you sit down and think what
it does to you and the liberation of waking up sober every day is
    wonderful. Wonderful video too…

I’ve found myself in a chaotic home life and whenever fights broke out I
ended up drinking myself to sleep. Now I drink every night, not to the
point of unconsciousness but to numb everything

Thank you for making this video. It helped me to better understand what
caused my depression and why it persisted for so many years. I know it will
always be with me to some extent, but , but little by little I am getting
better. Every day is a struggle, but I am living a conscious life for the
    first time.

WHAT is it that makes me “pick up & abuse” ? It’s cognitive distortion (bad
thinking) .. leading to emotional aberation, & onto to unbalanced behaviour
.. i.e. picking up. Trouble is .. it can all happen in ONLY a few seconds.
Re GRIEF : I’ve found the works of Louise Hay & Wayne Dyer to be immensely
helpful in my own AA-based recovery from active alcoholism. This is Step 3
    & Step 11 stuff. Cheers … you’re doing great work here …

RECOVERY SYSTEM , STOP ANY ADDICTION If you use narcotics or drink alcohol
regularly, you may assume that you’re perfectly normal and are just doing
what everyone else does. In some ways you may be right; even though they’re
illegal, many people use narcotics and many people drink on a regular
basis. But how do you know if you’re actually an addict and not just a
normal user? REMEMBER YESTERDAY,LIVE FOR TODAY,HOPE FOR TOMORROW USE OUR
