Above the Influence with Dr Powell – Dr. Andy Powell visited Sanford High School’s ABOVE THE INFLUENCE ice cream social sponsored by WSSR-TV and Shain’s of Maine. Students participated in Above the Influence campaign activities to raise awareness and help support the Drug Free Communities Grant and the GRAA (Grants to Reduce Alcohol Abuse) community outreach programs.
