How Set Free Nashville Has Changed Lives
How Set Free Nashville Has Changed Lives – Project615.org is a movement that is helping the homeless of Nashville. We believe that helping the homeless get back on their feet is very important. That is why we have partnered with Set Free Nashville which is a church that also acts as a shelter for the addicted, broken, and homeless community of Nashville. This video features a man named Jeff. Jeff was once a talented football player at MTSU who later had a stint with the NFL (Houston Oilers). His professional football career was plagued by injuries. He bounced around job to job for years. That inconsistency in his life led to drinking and addiction to drugs. Which later spiraled to him eventually being evicted from his home which forced him to fend for himself on the streets of Nashville for more years. Jeff explains how one day he was sick of being homeless and heard how Set Free Nashville was a place not only for shelter but a place that provides hope through Jesus Christ. Jeff is still young in his Christian walk but very strong in his Faith and hopes to spread that on to his brothers in Set Free and to other homeless people looking to change their lives around. He has been at Set Free for about 3 months and has hopes of eventually being a leader in the church or help start other churches.
