@rdbn25 To get to the levels of vitamin C spoken about in this video you must go to a vitamin store or order online, Sodium Ascorbate which is a white powder that you mix in orange juice,? milk, water, etc. I personally take it daily. Vitamin C is a natural stress reduction supplement. I hope this helps.
