I used to have a lot of kidney infections epically when if was pregnant with my last son. these three things worked for me. i ate tons of watermelon. it cleans your kidneys and bladder. also tea made from just plain water and parsley.

i am not a Dr. I have no idea the cause of your illness,so if you decide to try this please consult your doctor first. the pulp of what americans call prickly pear cactus, has amazing healing proprieties, but you Have to be sure all and i mean all the thorns are burned of. even the little fine hairlike ones.you can but all of this at your local food market. only the cactus pads are not as good as when you pick them fresh. the juice from the fruit is good for your health also.

i feel bad for you, i know your situation must be painful and scary. i hope you find a kidney soon, and these little things help your comfort a bit if you decide to try them. best wishes.
