Can Someone Give Me an Overview of How a Drug Treatment Is Supposed to Be Like?
Question by ashlie dh: Can someone give me an overview of how a drug treatment is supposed to be like?
I mean, guidelines or principles that a drug treatment program must abide by. Surely there are stuff such as this so that they’ll know how to handle different cases. I would just like to know them. Thanks.

Well, it really depends upon the drug rehab or treatment center. I guess you’d have to contact them to know what kind of program they are offering. To appease your curiosity, though, here are some kinds of treatment programs: Narcotic Antagonist Treatment Using Naltrexone, Agonist Maintenance Treatments, Short-Term Residential Programs, Outpatient Drug-Free Treatment, Long-Term Residential Treatment, Medical Detoxification and Treating Criminal Justice-Involved Drug Abusers and Addicts.

Why Have Health Care Costs Increased Increased So Exponentially in the Last Thirty or So Years?
Question by PaulDrake: Why have health care costs increased increased so exponentially in the last thirty or so years?
I’m looking for a detailed in depth answer and not the usual polemics and talking points. When I was younger I had jobs that did not provide health insurance and was able to incur some costs that would ruin me today , but did not in that time. What exactly has happened to get us into the unfortunate place we find ouselves now?
