But even by PNG standards the Rabaul police are ill equipped – no diesel to run their vehicles, no handcuffs and sometimes no stationery on which to write reports. Rabaul’s business people have had enough. They’ve enlisted as volunteer reservists, and taken up arms. I really want to cure myself especially since my Junior year in High School is coming up, and I do not want to mess up this important time in my life.
